With over a decade of dedicated service at SIBSTC, Prof. KLSN Rao has been instrumental in shaping the institution into a center of excellence for banking and financial education. His leadership combines academic depth, industry insight, and a strong vision for the future of banking professionals.
Since joining the college in March 2010, Prof. Rao has focused on enhancing the quality of training by aligning it with the evolving needs of the banking industry—digital transformation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and customer-centric banking. Under his guidance, SIBSTC has expanded its programmes, modernized its infrastructure, and strengthened its reputation as a premier training institution in South India.
